How does the Local Pickup work?
Local pickup is in Windham at my studio @ 6 Laskey Rd. Curbside and contactless.
Select LOCAL PICKUP at checkout. Once I complete your order (up to 2 weeks for production) I will contact you to discuss details for a pickup time slot. Thanks so much and please only click if you are able to pick up.
What is your return policy?
Though we hope you are always satisfied with your purchase, we understand that for certain reasons you might need to return an item. For returns or exchanges please contact us at hello@elisemariedesigns.com and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. If you are local to the Portland area, we can also arrange a drop off or pick up at your convenience.

What are the different materials you use in your jewelry and accessories?
Elise's handcrafted jewelry is made from the finest materials including semi-precious stones, hypoallergenic mixed metals (without lead or nickel), and vegan-friendly faux suede. Some of the stones we use have undergone synthetic, dyeing, or coating processes in order to enhance their color or appearance. All materials are safe to wear and we are very selective in order to ensure they are of the highest quality. I need help selecting a stone to use in my custom jewelry!
No problem! We understand that not everyone comes with a specific stone in mind as they are browsing our site, which is why we've created a beginner's "Stones Guide".
This Beginners Stones Guide has all you need to know - from understanding what it means to be a "semi-precious" stone, to qualities of each gem on this site so you can make an informed decision.
Once you choose the stone that matches your mood, use the search bar in the top right or bottom of our site to find products that feature them!

Do you offer jewelry repairs?
We are happy to be able to offer repairs on our jewelry as well as jewelry you have purchased elsewhere. Please reach out via email at hello@elisemariedesigns.com to discuss the specific piece. When we connect, we will assess the time and materials needed and give you a price for the repair.
What are the necklace lengths?
Here is a diagram to assist with finding the right length for you. Please note that lengths can vary based on body type.
I need a different size/length/color that isn't listed, how can I request it?
At checkout, enter your desired size/length in the notes section titled "Add a note to your order".
If you are purchasing multiple products, please remember to include the product you are requesting custom sizing for. We will try to accommodate any custom requests and will let you know if for some reason we are unable to accommodate your requested sizing.
I'm interested in purchasing your product wholesale, can I do this from your website?

With so many tie dye options, how do I know which one is which?
Listed with each tie dye item is a graphic with photos and names of each of the dye options that we currently offer. Please make sure to check out this graphic in the images section of the listing to ensure you are selecting the dye style and color that you love!
What is Ice Dye?
Ice dyeing is a process that we love because it’s fun to make and creates a vibrant color pattern unlike any other conventional tie dye. It’s both an artistic and technical process and you can learn all about it on our blog here!

Yes! Elise loves to work with you to create custom pieces or wholesale orders for a specific event or business, or simply because you have something special in mind. We do. Our bridal jewelry has been quite popular as we work together to create pieces that are unique to your event and personal style. Elise can create a range of pieces for you and your bridal party that will stand out and provide a tangible memory of your special day.
