📍 Where do I pick up my order if I choose local pickup?

Local pickup is available in Windham, Maine at my home studio (6 Laskey Rd). Just select LOCAL PICKUP at checkout. I’ll contact you once your order is ready (usually within 1–2 weeks) to coordinate a pickup time that works for you. Curbside and contactless available!


🔁 What’s your return policy?

I want you to love your jewelry. If you’re not satisfied, reach out to me at hello@elisemariedesigns.com and I’ll do my best to make it right. Local to Portland, Maine? We can arrange a return via drop-off or pickup too. Please contact me before purchasing if you have any questions—I’m happy to help.

Do you offer custom jewelry?

Yes! I love working on one-of-a-kind designs. A non-refundable deposit is required to start custom orders. Reach out via email or fill out the Custom Inquiry Form on my site to get started.

💍 Do you make bridal or group jewelry?

Absolutely! From one-on-one custom pieces to full bridal party sets, I’ll work with you to design jewelry that fits your style and occasion.

🎉 Can I book you for a private workshop or birthday party?

Yes! I offer private events for all ages—from birthday parties to creative team-building workshops. I bring the materials and instruction, you bring the people!


🧿 Can you teach a class at my venue or business?

Yes! I love collaborating with other local businesses and community spaces. Reach out if you’d like to host a pop-up, creative night, or seasonal event together.


🧼 Do you offer jewelry repairs?

Yes—for both my pieces and jewelry you’ve purchased elsewhere. Email a photo and description to hello@elisemariedesigns.com and I’ll assess the materials, timeline, and cost.

🌈 Are you still making tie dye items?

Tie dye is still part of my creative world, but it's seasonal and limited. Watch for small-batch releases and at special events.


🧵 What materials do you use in your jewelry?

I use:

  • Semi-precious stones (some are enhanced or dyed for color)
  • Hypoallergenic, nickel- and lead-free metals on earrings and rings
  • Gold-filled and sterling silver chains
